Beauty Therapy (Certificate IV)

Develop an in-demand skillset and become a standout beauty or spa therapist with a CIT Certificate IV in Beauty Therapy. Our nationally recognised, dynamic program is delivered by highly experienced and qualified teachers with current industry experience, leading learners through everything from eyelash extension to stone therapy massage.

Following industry trends and techniques, foundation beauty skills include airbrushed makeup, cosmetic tanning and waxing. As students advance through their studies, they learn the art of skin and facial care and branch out into nail treatments, spa therapies, aromatherapy and more. These practical skills are developed and supported by practice with clients in our commercial salons, allowing you to graduate with the confidence and skills to interact and engage with proficiency. Graduates will be ‘job ready’ and be able to demonstrate the professional skills required for beauty and spa therapists.

At the conclusion of their studies, students will be able to prepare their makeup clients for weddings, formals, photo shoots and more, as well as being skilled in giving facials, massages and relaxation treatments to clients in spa and beauty salon environments.
