Tuition fees are due 2 weeks before the start of each semester. You should receive an invoice in the mail before the end of each semester and if you do not receive your invoice please contact the International Services Unit to organise for one to be sent out to you.
There are a few options for paying your fees.
Please do not pay by BPay or through Canberra Connect. This is not an option for International Students.
If you do not have an invoice you must contact the International Services Unit to have one sent to you.
The amount you need to pay is on your Letter of Offer. This amount cannot be paid until all conditions are met. Please call the International Services Unit on (02) 6207 4662 to obtain payment options.
Tuition fees that are not paid by the due date will incur a $250.00 late fee. Your student account will have a financial hold placed on it and you may also have a non-compliance issued against your Visa. If you are having trouble paying you fees you must contact the International Services Unit to arrange an appointment with a Student Advisor before the due date.
The Finance Office in the International Services Unit is open for you to pay your fees between 9am and 4pm on Monday - Friday* (and only 1pm on Wednesday's*).
*These hours are not applicable during the end of year school holidays (mid December to early January) or on public holidays.
